Nurse-Family Partnership is a free, voluntary program that pairs first-time moms with a registered nurse for regular home visits during pregnancy and through the child’s second birthday. Nurses provide trusted guidance, support healthy pregnancies, strengthen parenting skills, and help families build a strong, confident start.
