What Is the Birth Expo in St. George?

The Birth Expo in St. George is more than just a vendor fair. It’s a full-circle celebration of pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and parenting. Designed for expecting families, new moms, birth workers, and care providers, the expo brings together passionate professionals from across Southern Utah. We create one welcoming space filled with support, education, and connection.

Whether you were looking for your first doula, learning more about birth options, or exploring how to build your village postpartum, the expo offered something for everyone. It’s an experience rooted in empowerment—because we believe every parent should feel informed, supported, and surrounded.

Event Highlights

Last year’s Birth Expo in St. George was our biggest yet, and we’re still glowing from the turnout. Dozens of local vendors filled the space with warmth and knowledge. We had doulas, midwives, lactation consultants, chiropractors, fitness instructors, mental health professionals, and more.

We were also proud to collaborate with Intermountain Health. Their presence and commitment to supporting local families brought even more depth to the event.

One of our favorite moments? Welcoming our 2024 keynote speaker, Dr. Stu. His experience and insight inspired attendees to ask questions, explore options, and advocate for themselves in their birth journey. We’re thrilled to share that he’ll be returning as keynote for the 2025 expo!

From exciting giveaways, hands-on workshops, and parent resources, the energy in the room was one of community, care, and connection.
